Nordic Pharma Celebrates 30th Anniversary
This year, Nordic Pharma celebrates a significant milestone: 30 years of advancing patient safety, innovation, and purpose-driven work. Over the past three decades, we’ve remained committed to making a sustainable impact on people’s health and as we reflect on this journey, we’re proud of how far we’ve come and remain optimistic for the future ahead.
To celebrate this milestone, our global teams participated in the “Step it Up” challenge, a four-week initiative encouraging walking, running, cycling, or dancing. Together, we logged an incredible 37.835.474 steps, each one contributing to Nordic Pharma’s donation to Orbis International, a global non-profit organisation working to eliminate avoidable blindness, a mission we deeply respect and are proud to stand behind. These 37 million steps represent more than just physical movement; they symbolize our commitment to advancing public health and supporting causes that align with our values.
Why Orbis?
What drew us to Orbis wasn’t just their life-saving mission, but how they deliver on it: through long-term partnerships, community support, and a strong focus on education and sustainable change. These principles resonate deeply with our own philosophy and have guided us throughout our 30-year journey. In line with that and to deepen our engagement even further, we hosted an internal information session to help employees understand the challenges of preventable vision loss. This session focused on how our collective efforts can create a lasting impact in the fight against this global issue, an initiative that highlighted the Agility, Commitment, and Ambition rooted in our teams, who continue to unite around meaningful causes, creating a tangible and lasting impact.
