At Nordic Pharma, the project manager role is a diverse role. Since any project can benefit from having a project manager, I manage scientific product projects as well as change management projects. This variety keeps the work exciting and allows me to interact with all of my colleagues who are spread out throughout the Northern Hemisphere.
I am grateful to have the chance to be exposed to and be involved in the different parts and aspects of the company. This gives me the opportunity to have a better insight to the hard work my colleagues do and have appreciation for their work. Together, we make the company a success and it is not one individual effort.
